Wastech Controls & Engineering offers pump lift stations for every application. If your facility's wastewater contains solids, slurries or hazardous chemicals, Wastech's Air Operated Pump Lift Stations (AOPLS) safely and effectively pump process fluids from one point of use to another when a gravity drain is unavailable.
Air Operated Pump Lift Stations are designed with one or two air-operated diaphragm pumps controlled by Wastech Industrial AOD Pump Control Panels (IAPCP). Standard features for pre-packaged systems include:

Customized sizes are also available. Two 2" FNPT top mounts for inlet and vent connection and a 4" x 6" view window are included. Wastech engineers also specialize in customizing Air Operated Pump Lift Stations for your facility's specific industrial processes, specifications or requirements. Optional features include a fabricated polypropylene double containment tank with float leak switch, a 6' pre-wired flex cable to connect to the remote control panel, and seismic tie downs. |
